Profile
Lisa Kass has over ten years of
experience in representing
clients concerning civil
litigation matters. During the
past seven years she has almost
exclusively represented national
banks in consumer and commercial
bankruptcy cases pending under
Chapters 7, 11 and 13, and in
creditors’ rights litigation.
She has extensive experience in
litigating commercial collection
cases and in collecting on money
judgments through both wage and
non-wage garnishments, obtaining
writs of execution, and
conducting judgment debtor
examinations and other
supplementary proceedings in
Arizona.
Prior to joining Folks &
O’Connor, PLLC, Ms. Kass was an
associate with a mid-size
boutique bankruptcy and
creditors’ rights litigation
firm in Phoenix and an associate
in the bankruptcy foreclosure
and creditors’ rights department
of Kutak Rock, which is a national law firm. She
began her legal career as an
associate attorney in the
litigation departments of two
large Chicago law firms.
