Mr. Folks is a trained neutral who routinely
mediates bankruptcy and general civil
disputes. He is a graduate of the
Northwestern University School of Law and
has completed the STAR-A Systematic Approach
to Mediation Resolution through Pepperdine University’s
Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
For several years he has served as a Superior Court
Judge Pro Tempore, which has allowed him
to gain significant mediation experience by
mediating a wide range of civil disputes on an ongoing
monthly
basis. In addition, he is a court-appointed
panel mediator of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court
for the District of Arizona, with particular expertise
in mediating commercial and consumer bankruptcy disputes.
